30 Day Health Challenge Day 27

Tomorrow is everyone’s favorite mobility exercise…… Day 27: Couch Stretch. But we are upping the time even more. This time accumulate 6 Minutes on Each Side throughout the day, in increments no less than 2 minutes each side.  #platinumchirochallenge
