Any sugar that is added in, like granular sugar, corn syrup, sweet n low, splenda. Added or Artificial Sugars are found in so many foods you might not expect. Included in this Day 8 challenge are any foods that use sugar to be made, like breads and sauces. Items that are OK? Fruit.
