We are on to the final week of our Health Challenge. For Day 16 you challenge is No devices one hour before bed. This is to help your body fall asleep faster, deeper, and better. Devices like phones, laptops, ipads, and TVs give off a high frequency light known as blue light. Blue light stimulates your brain the way that sunlight does in the morning, which causes you to stay awake and alert. This blue light also reduces your melatonin, which is the chemical that helps you relax and fall asleep. So, turn off those devices, put your phone on airplane mode, and read, stretch, take a walk, or meditate instead.
How to Win:
To qualify for the raffles, post about you and/or your family and friends completing the Challenge of the Day on social media.
This could be a photo or text on facebook, instagram, or twitter, sharing the original Challenge of the Day post, or commenting on the blog post.
