Since we could do today's challenge from the comfort of our desk chair, Day 18’s challenge is; Stand Up at Least Once an Hour while you are awake. Seems pretty basic right? However, once we get to working, it can be easy for 2, 3 or even 4 hours to go by without standing up. No wonder everyone has tight hip flexors and back pain! Standing up allows you to reset your body, get your blood flowing, improve your brain signals, and correct your posture. Try setting an alarm to remind yourself to get up at least once every hour. Stand up, stretch, get some water and get back at it. Your body, and brain will thank you for it.
