  Today we took care of our core, tomorrow we are eating well. Day 17: Have Greens with Every Meal. Try to add some leafy green veggies, or some other vegetables that you normally wouldn’t eat to your meals. Adding this extra boost of vitamins from more vegetables may be just what the doctor ordered!
